This work provides the necessary tools and ideas for measuring and improving the quality of an entire software development process from high-level to low-level design, and all phases of testing for reliability. It integrates metrics with models and quality improvement strategies, and action plans with actual project experiences to improve the entire software development series. Real-world problem-solving studies are employed.
